What You Bring to the Team:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Operational management experience, including workflow optimization and compliance.
