Lead Product Manager

Seeking a full-time remote Product Education Lead, this role will manage the education ecosystem for customers, focusing on content creation, knowledge management, and education strategy while leading a team of two Product Education Content Specialists. Key responsibilities Own the knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring the health and discoverability of Product Education content across various platforms Evolve the product education strategy by partnering with the Director of Customer Education to define and execute a multimedia education roadmap Build reliable cross-functional operations with Product and Support teams to ensure accurate customer education aligned with product releases Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, technical writing, or knowledge management within a SaaS environment Experience building and managing customer-facing content in Help Centers or knowledge bases, with familiarity in in-app guidance tools Proven ability to own structured knowledge-management systems and drive adoption of self-service resources Strong writing skills to translate complex product functionalities into clear customer education materials Experience leading projects, mentoring others, and managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously
