Role Description This full-time, on-site Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is based in Webster, NY. The representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and another language, respond to inquiries about accounts and services, and provide clear, accurate information. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following established policies and procedures to support customer satisfaction and company standards. The role also includes collaborating with team members, escalating complex issues when necessary, and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and promote Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency (English and another language, such as Spanish) with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Webster, NY, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort using computers, call center systems, and basic office software to document and manage customer interactions.
• Strong listening skills, patience, and professionalism when handling complex or sensitive issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in financial services or automotive industries is a plus.
