Job Title: LPN - LTC / Nursing Home (Contract)

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Type: Contract | 4-6 Weeks

Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour (Negotiable Based on Experience)

Shift & Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | 12 Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - LTC / Nursing Home for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sioux Falls.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
• Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams
• Assist with daily patient care and support resident needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:
• Current LPN License required
• Previous Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
