LPN – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Night Shift | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $36–$39/hr

Seeking a compassionate LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, and supporting residents’ daily care needs while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts LPN License
• CPR/BLS preferred
• Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
