As a Prosthodontist Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life-changing dental implant procedures while growing your career in a positive, patient-centered environment.Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $25– $28 per hour (based on experience and certification)Why ClearChoice is the Best Choice for Your Career:Competitive hourly compensation based on your experience and certificationFull healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holidays for work-life balance - 4 weeks of PTO each year!Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts requiredOngoing training and education through ClearChoice UniversityPathways to leadership and specialized training rolesBe part of a supportive, mission-driven culture focused on patient careEnjoy a collaborative environment where your expertise truly mattersWhat You'll Do:Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant proceduresAnticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment areaAssist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation proceduresEnsure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative carePrepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocolsTake dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directedAssist with medical clearances and patient record managementSupport office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when neededCollaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient careSkills and Experience We're Looking For:Previous experience as a Prosthodontist or Oral Surgery Assistant a definite plus.Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirementsStrong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precisionSelf-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and careAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care$25-$28 / hour - depending on experience and certifications
