Anytime Fitness Northwood is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, energetic people to join our team.
For more than 15 years, Anytime Fitness Northwood has been a trusted part of the local community. We are proud to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where members can improve their health through fitness, nutrition, accountability, and coaching.
We are currently hiring part-time Personal Trainers and Membership Sales team members who are passionate about helping others, building relationships, and creating a positive member experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fun, upbeat fitness environment where every day is different.
As part of our team, you will help members set goals, stay accountable, and feel confident in their fitness journey. Personal Trainers will conduct fitness consultations, perform assessments, deliver high-quality one-on-one workouts, educate members on safe and effective training, provide nutrition and recovery guidance, and support client progress through consistent coaching and metric tracking.
Ideal candidates are dependable, outgoing, and committed to continued learning. Experience with body scan technology, digital coaching platforms, client accountability, and member engagement is a plus. Team members will also help support membership growth, promote training services, and maintain a clean and welcoming club environment.
Compensation - Up to $28/hr
Availability Needed (several positions available so applicant does not need to be available ALL of these times)
Mornings 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, Afternoons/Evenings 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, Saturdays 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Start Date - ASAP
Qualified Personal Trainer applicants should have a nationally accredited personal training certification and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
