Position Overview

We are in search of an empathetic and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our passionate team that holds patient care at the forefront. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound exams, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, providing clear explanations and empathetic support
• Work in concert with radiologists and referring clinicians to generate outstanding diagnostic images
• Manage and troubleshoot imaging equipment, promptly identifying and addressing technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures within the electronic medical records system
• Commit to ongoing education in the latest advancements in sonographic imaging techniques

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
