POST Rehabilitation and Wellness , an Ensign affiliated Outpatient Therapy clinic, is currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for business development to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage the daily operations associated with a thriving clinic.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
• Implements and monitors the provision of policy and procedure
• Supervise staff and ensures effective staff orientation, training and ongoing competency
• Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking of patient cases Manages and
• Analyze department metrics including accurate billing
• Ensure that clinic is compliant with all regulatory issues. This includes assurance that the clinic records are completed and maintained, such as medical record documentation and reimbursement denial
• Maintain relationships with providers and other key community members
• Providing services within outpatient clinic and assisted living settings

Qualifications:

• PT license required
• Supervisory and/or administrative experience in an Outpatient setting
• Knowledge of billing practices to manage a variety of payors effectively
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
