Payrate: $33.78

Summary:

This position involves working onsite in a factory environment, requiring candidates to spend approximately 80% of their time on their feet. The role requires wearing metatarsal safety boots and adhering to a business casual dress code. The candidate must be comfortable with occasional intra-facility travel and driving a company-owned vehicle for transportation within the factory.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a factory environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Drive a company-owned Gator for intra-facility travel after completing safety training.
• Transport computers, parts, or tools between office areas within the factory.
• Participate in mandatory safety training for operating machinery within the facility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics.
• Open to recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internships.
• Ability to work fully onsite and adapt to a factory environment.

**Pay Transparency: ***The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: **$33.78

• $33.78/hr**. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
