Total EXP: 14+ Years Must have: State Educational client Experience must Experience with K-12 instructional materials and/or instructional material procurement process Certifications Must Job Description: This role involves senior-level business analysis work, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams. The candidate will manage requirements across the full SDLC and ensure successful delivery and validation. Key Responsibilities Requirement elicitation (JAD sessions, workshops, interviews, etc.) Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements Create business requirements, functional specs, use cases, and user stories Develop process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mockups Manage requirement lifecycle, UAT coordination, and traceability Required Skills 8+ years in requirements gathering & documentation Strong experience with SDLC methodologies Business process re-engineering experience User stories, use cases, and BA best practices Wireframing / mockup design (UX aligned) Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills Preferred Skills Experience with Atlassian Jira Experience with Modern Requirements tool Experience with TEA or other education agencies #J-18808-Ljbffr US staffing Inc
