Natural Focus Dental, Esthetics & Wellness is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team!

We are a privately owned, holistic dental practice in Frisco, TX, focused on providing conservative, comprehensive dental care that supports our patients' overall health and wellness.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with patients, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of general, restorative, surgical, and holistic dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and 3D scans.
• Follow proper sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Educate patients on recommended treatment, oral hygiene, and post-operative care.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Assist with treatment plan presentations and scheduling when needed.
• Support front office operations and other team members as needed.
• Anticipate provider needs and help maintain an efficient daily schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration preferred.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience with digital dentistry and Open Dental software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and assisting outside of traditional job duties when needed.
• Interest in holistic, biological, or integrative dentistry is a plus! Previous holistic dental experience is not required.
