Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and warehouse location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and maintain required activity logs. Report security-related observations, policy violations, hazards, and unusual activity to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts in accordance with established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have access control and badge experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
