- Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Maintain organized, current financial records and supporting documentation
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Assist with audits by preparing and providing required documentation and schedules
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
- Complete general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining financial systems
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to support accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Help prepare financial statements and related reports
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of general accounting support work
- Strong AP & AR skills
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 100% onsite
- $50,000
- Temporary-to-hire
- Full benefits provided by employer upon conversion to direct hire
