Bartender Server

AJ#39;s Sports Grill is looking for friendly, energetic Bartender/Servers to join our team.
We are located inside The Alley, across from the Salina Fieldhouse, serving sports fans, families, tournament visitors, and local regulars in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
• $7.25/hour base pay plus tips
• Bartender/Servers typically earn approximately $18-$20+ per hour including tips
• Flexible scheduling
• Busy tournament weekends with additional earning opportunities
• Sports-bar atmosphere with major games on multiple screens
• Training available for the right candidate
We#39;re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a positive team environment.
Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with strong customer service skills and a great attitude.
Part-time positions are available immediately, including evenings and weekends.
