Regional Sales Director, CRM (Dallas/Fort Worth, TX)

Abbott seeks a Regional Sales Director for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This leadership role oversees regional sales strategy, team performance, and customer engagement for cardiac device solutions across a specified geography.
Responsibilities
- Direct regional sales strategy and execution to meet franchise goals and sales plans
- Recruit, onboard, and develop territory managers and clinical specialists into high-performing teams
- Lead field visits quarterly with team members to support customer engagement and clinical competencies
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and expense estimates with accountability tracking
- Build cross-functional partnerships with marketing, training, and clinical trial functions
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience managing territory teams and achieving regional sales targets
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices, procedures, or medical device sales
- Ability to obtain clinical training certification for cardiac rhythm procedures
- Strong performance management and coaching skills for direct reports
- Budget oversight and forecasting experience
- Willingness to travel more than 50% and reside in the assigned region
