Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Roofing & Storm Restoration

Phoenix Metro | Full-Time

Mission Restoration is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance restoration process.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and customer-focused. This role serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping manage communication, documentation, scheduling, claim updates, and overall customer experience.

Compensation

• $45k-$55k annual salary
• Full-time position

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners
• Answer customer questions and provide project updates
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text communications
• Assist with insurance claim and supplement documentation
• Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate with production, sales, and insurance teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Help ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Experience in customer service, office administration, insurance, or construction support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
