Data Reporting AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Reporting Analyst. This role is crucial for supporting business-critical Business Intelligence platforms and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of sales and channel performance metrics.Locations: Cupertino, CA Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: $55 - $59/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in Sales or Channel Performance reporting and related metrics and KPIs, ideally within a technology companyDemonstrated ability to support business-critical Business Intelligence platforms in an operational capacityExperience querying data sources to investigate, validate, and explain data to business usersExperience working with BI platforms and tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, or equivalentAbility to manage concurrent support requests across multiple platforms and time zones with consistent quality and responsivenessStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business languageBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryPreferred Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with B2B and B2C sales reporting structures, including Institutional Sales, Consumer Channel metrics, and related data definitions such as ICDFExperience operating within automated support workflows (e.g., Slack-based intake, chatbots, or ticketing systems) and managing exception handling when automation is insufficientAbility to work effectively in a globally distributed team model with regional handoff requirements and follow-the-sun coverage expectationsKnowledge of data pipeline concepts sufficient to distinguish between data latency, logic errors, and platform defects during investigationExperience collaborating with engineering and product teams to escalate, document, and track resolution of platform issuesDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport business-critical Business Intelligence platforms in an operational capacityQuery data sources to investigate, validate, and explain data to business usersManage concurrent support requests across multiple platforms and time zones with consistent quality and responsivenessCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and innovative work environment
