Business Manager (Automotive F&I) - Up to $175K+

Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Business Manager (Automotive F&I) to join our team in Green Bay! This is aposition for a proven dealership professional who knows how to structure deals, work with lenders, present finance and protection products, maintain compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Pay & Benefits Earning potential up to $175,000+ per year Performance-driven compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Life and disability benefits Employee discounts and automotive benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities within Gandrud Auto Group What You’ll Do Manage the automotive finance process from credit application through final contract execution Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers through our network of lenders Present and explain available F&I products, vehicle protection products, and financing options Structure deals and submit applications to appropriate lending institutions Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners Ensure all finance paperwork and documentation is accurate and completed on time Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection through delivery Help maximize dealership profitability while maintaining a transparent, customer-focused sales process Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing experience What We’re Looking For Previous automotive dealership F&I / Finance Manager / Business Manager experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, leasing, and F&I products Proven ability to structure and close automotive finance transactions Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of automotive finance compliance requirements Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional, customer-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and dealership leadership Why Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram?
