Foreclosure Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced foreclosure attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio or Kentucky license, with additional licenses in Indiana and/or West Virginia being advantageous. The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, making court appearances in the Cincinnati area, and supporting the foreclosure process in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment. Duties Draft and review legal pleadings. Appear in court throughout the Cincinnati area. Support the foreclosure process in a high‑volume setting. Requirements Active and in good standing with the Ohio or Kentucky Bar. Licenses in multiple states are a plus. Experience in real estate and title work. Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. At least 5 years of experience in creditor's rights/foreclosure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Ohio or Kentucky Bar License. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
