Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Neuro) travel assignment in Cumming, Georgia. This 13-week assignment starts on 09/08/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,604 to $1,654 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights (12-hour nights) in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult neuro-med surgical patients, including admission, assessment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Perform neuro assessments, head-to-toe exams, and frequent vitals checks; recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies, manage lines and devices, and monitor lab results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and adjust individualized care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, and adhere to clinical policies and protocols.
- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care; document education provided.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (current and in good standing)
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- NIH Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant experience in neuro-focused Med Surg
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a Neuro Med Surg unit; 12-hour night shifts required
