Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements across real estate assets and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance
  
  
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including complex reconciliations, journal entries, and system-driven workflows
  
  
• Analyze financial performance, property-level results, and portfolio trends to support strategic decision-making
  
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements-particularly within ERP and reporting tools
  
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and streamline reporting across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
  
  
• 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, ideally within real estate, property management, or a related industry
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving processes and leveraging technology
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
  
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in automation tools, data visualization, and modern accounting systems
• Compensation: $90k-$105k plus bonus potential
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
