Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:As an Account Manager, you are the main point of contact for your clients. You make sure the work we’re doing meets their expectations, stays on budget, and creates a great customer experience. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to keep properties running smoothly and address issues before they become bigger concerns.You’ll also help grow and retain your book of business by supporting contract renewals, identifying enhancement opportunities, and building strong, lasting relationships with your clients.This is a people-first, service-driven role. You’re the face of McFall & Berry to your clients — and the voice of the client to your team.What You'll Be Responsible For:Client Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial and residential clients.• Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and client walks.• Build strong, long-term relationships through responsive, honest, and proactive communication.• Address client concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.Quality & Service Oversight• Monitor service quality and ensure crews are completing work according to schedule and client expectations.• Work closely with Operations teams to address service issues and improve results.• Identify potential problems early and coordinate corrective action.Contract & Budget Management• Understand the scope, pricing, and schedule of assigned contracts.• Track labor hours and materials to help keep work within budget.• Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for enhancements and account growth.Communication & Teamwork• Coordinate regularly with Operations teams regarding upcoming work, priorities, and service issues.• Communicate client feedback to Crew Leaders and Managers.• Maintain accurate account and job information in Aspire or other job-management software.What Success Looks Like• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and high client satisfaction.• Maintain a 95%+ contract renewal rate across your assigned portfolio.• Identify and develop enhancement opportunities.• Help ensure service is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.• Contribute to regional revenue goals through client retention and account growth.What You'll Bring• 3–5+ years of experience in landscape management, account management, customer service, or a related field.• Strong client relationship and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, deadlines, and client relationships.• Good understanding of landscape services, maintenance schedules, and field operations.• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft office.• Comfortable working with Aspire or similar job-management software, or willing to learn.Why This Role MattersYou represent the heart of the business — our clients.
