A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability

Ability to work 2-3 shifts a week (10-18 hours) with evening and weekend availability

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Confidently make outbound phone calls to leads and guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility
