About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours, 6:45 am - 5:15 pm (non-consecutive working days) Experience: 2+ years of experience required License: Michigan nursing license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Completion of a skills checklist for RN specialties within one year of application is required Description: Client has incorporated a strict attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on June 1, 2024. The surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties. General elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures are what we excel at. We were the first to provide many surgical techniques and tools and continue to keep an eye on the future to enhance the care and outcomes for all surgical patients. On-call duties include one weeknight of call every week from 7 pm to 11 pm. Additionally, there is one weekend on call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 pm to 7 am, and Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm.
