Now Hiring: Welder & Fabricator Are you a skilled Welder who takes pride in precision and can take a project from blueprint to final weldment with minimal supervision? We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and safety-minded Welder/Fabricator to join our fast-paced shop team. If you have layout skills, structural fit-up experience, and the ability to check your own work, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: Lay out, fit up, and fabricate metal weldments and assemblies using blueprints, specs, and shop drawings. Weld components using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes in compliance with WPS. Operate fabrication machinery (plasma, oxy-fuel, saws, mag drills, drill press) and hand tools. Rig and move heavy structures using forklifts and overhead cranes. Inspect your own work using precision measuring tools to ensure top quality. Collaborate with shop management and other departments to meet tight deadlines. What You Need to Bring: Proven welding, fabrication, and complicated layout experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and apply basic math. Must own your own tools appropriate for structural fabrication. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly. Forklift and Overhead Crane operation experience. Preferred: AWS Certification in Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum (all positions). Why Join Us? • The ability to use appropriate measuring instruments for the task.
• The ability to operate hand tools.
• The ability to operate a variety of fabrication machines.
• The ability to interface with other departments to accomplish tasks.
• The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• The ability and maturity to perform in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Maintain a clean work area as required.
• Working ability to apply all applicable safety requirements to comply with regulatory

agencies. Qualifications: The qualified candidate must possess as a minimum:

• Welding/fabrication/layout experience.
• Must own tools appropriate to the job being performed.
• Ability to use appropriate tools and equipment related to the task (plasma, oxy-fuel,

saws, mag drills, drill press, etc).

• Fabrication skills include complicated layouts, check & straightening capabilities.
• Prefer AWS Certified Welder in Steel, Stainless, Aluminum and qualified in all positions
• Should be able to use measurement equipment to inspect their own work.
• Must be able to rig and move heavy structures.
• Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and drawings.
