Responsibilities You will start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will build community relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first. Qualifications Must have a bachelor’s degree. Must have a minimum of one year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations. Must have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past three years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future. Must be at least 18 years old.
