This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting. Candidates should be available to work night shifts, 3 times a week. The role involves managing patients of all age groups including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The registered nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to an average daily census of 270-300 patients. Patient ratios will be 1:4 for both day and night shifts. The position includes some weekend coverage. Candidates should be skilled in managing dysrhythmias, central line care, IV vasopressors, and care of ventilated patients. Applicants must possess strong triage skills and experience with trauma patients. The working environment involves interdisciplinary support, including phlebotomy and social services. A strict professional dress code will be enforced in this role. All candidates must comply with the facility’s guidelines regarding appearance and conduct.
