Job Overview- Senior Test Lead with Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium,Java Job Summary The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones Utilize testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices Skill Requirements Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java Hands on experience with EMB (Electronic Measurement Bulletin) for testing purposes Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals Certifications: Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus Additional requirement: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Cypress for web applications. Create and execute automated tests for functional, regression, and end to end scenarios. Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery CICD pipelines. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies, identify automation opportunities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve identified issues. Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and Cypress.
