1011 North Defiance Street Ottawa, OH 45875 Overview Join our clinic as the first ABA provider in the area offering ABA Therapy and related Behavior Consulting services. The RBT provides quality ABA services to children with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. Services, billed to the patient’s health insurance, include direct therapy, assisting with six-month reassessments, collaborating with the BCBA to create and update goals, and communicating with the family. We strive to provide these services for children and families who often could not access them otherwise. This is a great opportunity to become a Certified RBT, with the company covering training and expenses to obtain the certification. Responsibilities Provides direct program services and oversight of the patient Assists and provide daily living care needs for the patient during services Performs evidence-based social skills, behavioral and other related ABA services to patients and/or families Completes regularly scheduled therapy sessions Identifies opportunities and growth throughout the patient’s experience to provide feedback to the BCBA and collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans via electronic systems Willing to learn the clinical expertise in the areas of ABA, autism, social skills, behavior reduction, and parent training Excellent organized written consultation notes and paperwork as well as oral communication skills Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate excellent time management skills Demonstrated leadership skills and relationship management Self-development, problem-solving, and seeking support from other team members Provide ethical and evidence-based interventions Work is performed in professional environments that maintain HIPAA compliance as well as the BACB ethics and other applicable legal requirements.
