Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Internal Auditor for their Corporate Internal Audit Department. The right candidate will design plan and supervise audit engagements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Plan audit engagements Supervise audit staff during specific audit engagements Assist Internal Audit Manager with audit engagement reporting Supervisory Responsibilities This position may at times manage one or more staff or senior auditors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
