With this position, we are seeking those who are self-motivated with great attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive compensation with growth potentialPayroll processed weekly with direct depositHealthcare options including medical, vision, and dental401(k) savings and retirement plansLife insurancePaid time offPaid onsite trainingFull-time positions availableQualifications:Previous experience with order fulfillment is preferred but not required.Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh level of professionalismPass drug screening and background checkProactive, reliable, and trustworthyTakes pride in their workAvailability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pmAble to lift and palletize up to 50 lbs.Reliable transportationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organization and administrative skillsIntegrity and leadership skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong computer skillsAbility to operate warehouse machinery such as forkliftsDetail-oriented and multitasking skillsEssential Duties:Assemble and prepare materials for shipment or storage.Assembling boxes and pallets for shipmentsInspect final products to assess compliance with quality standardsMaintain quality and upkeep of warehouse working areas and equipment, including machinery.Must maintain a clean and organized work areaObtain and process product ordersReceiving deliveries and putting away materialMaintain the picking racks through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basisSecurely shrink-wrapping items onto pallets before shipmentsLoading and unloading delivery vehiclesPerforming general warehouse duties as necessaryThis position does require frequent movement.
