Role Description The Senior Performance Marketer will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Amazon PPC and related channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL, where the individual will collaborate closely with account managers, analysts, and creatives to drive revenue growth for multiple brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing data-driven campaign strategies, managing budgets and bids, analyzing performance metrics, and running A/B tests to improve ROAS and conversion rates. The role will also involve identifying new growth opportunities, refining targeting and audience segmentation, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. The Senior Performance Marketer is expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to best practices, and help shape CommerceKind’s overall performance marketing approach. Qualifications Strong performance marketing expertise, including hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, search, and other paid media channels. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in using data and metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA) to drive decisions and optimize campaigns. Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments, ideally with Amazon account management, listing optimization, and product launch strategies. Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including audience segmentation, funnel design, and budget allocation. Comfort with marketing and analytics tools such as "Amazon Advertising Console", "Google Analytics", Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance insights to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with creative, operations, and account management teams in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving campaign performance at scale. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
