Brand Ambassador

Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor. They drive daily sales goals, represent brand standards, and support store initiatives while building client relationships. This entry-level role serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement. Deliver consistent, brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor. Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and digital tools to support alternative purchasing (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home). Participate in team training and collaborate to execute business results. Engage in clienteling and networking to build and maintain a clientele. Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs and in-store merchandising. Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs. Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate POS, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
