NOW HIRING – Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators!
Automation Personnel Services is seeking reliable and hardworking Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators for a fast-paced 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a variety of customers in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Pay Rate
$16.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and
Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator – Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate a Stand-Up Reach Forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and transport supersacks and industrial barrels daily, loading and unloading trailers while maintaining product integrity.
• Perform inventory movements, replenishment, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• 4+ years of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse/3PL setting, including handling supersacks, a plus
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization
