Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse Kingwood, TX
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse will provide critical care nursing support in a cardiovascular neuroscience intensive care unit environment. The role focuses on patient care requiring advanced critical care skills, including medication management and invasive line support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); critical care training; pressor medication management; art line management; critical drip management.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical drip management; art line; circulatory device experience.
• Additional Information: Unit supports cardiovascular neuroscience intensive care patient care with a patient ratio of 1:2. Typical unit equipment includes CRRT, vents, MTP, hemospheres, art line, Impella, IABP, CABG, EVD, and TTM. Typical procedures include bronchoscopy and CVC and art line insertion. Floating to ICC, TCU, or ICU may be required. Dress code requires royal blue scrubs. Weekend coverage may be required (4 weekend shifts across a schedule period of more than 4 weeks).
