Call Center / Customer Service Representative

Location: Baltimore County, MD (on-site only)
Employer: Ultimate Staffing Services
Pay: $17-$18/hour (based on experience)

• Full-time, on-site work with stable weekday schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions or concerns
• Document calls accurately in client systems
• Provide clear, courteous communication and problem-solving
• Meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution, and attendance

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems

Additional Details

• Location: Various sites throughout Baltimore County (no travel between sites required)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (standard business hours)
• Must have: Reliable transportation to and from assigned job site
