Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex commercial claims, analyzing claims exposure, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims, particularly those involving litigation and serious injuries Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 7-10 years of related claims experience, with a focus on litigation and bodily injury claims Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled Experience in investigating claims or prior police work preferred Proficiency with claims and business software
