If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and are passionate about improving the lives of seniors, we'd love to meet you.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in healthcare while making a meaningful impact every day.What You'll DoAs a Resident Assistant, you will provide non-clinical support that enhances our residents' quality of life by:Assisting residents with personal care setup, grooming, and daily routinesEscorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments within the facilityProviding companionship through conversation, reading, games, and social engagementSupporting activity participation and encouraging resident independenceResponding to call lights by notifying nursing staff when clinical assistance is neededHelping maintain clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms and common areasAssisting with meal service, snack delivery, dining room setup, and cleanupPerforming housekeeping duties and maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the facilityMonitoring residents and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing teamFollowing infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies at all timesPlease note: This position does not provide hands-on clinical care or resident transfers.
