Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

Seeking BE/BC Medical Oncologist to join team in northern NY at a newly opened Cancer Center. Join three other medical oncologists, two advanced practice professionals and benefit from the partnership of a radiation oncologist, a nurse navigation program, and a wide array of other professional support staff. A full spectrum of services with well-equipped advanced technology will identify the Center as a leader in cancer care.

• Medical oncology program is affiliated with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Buffalo NY.
• Join a group of three other board-certified medical oncologists
• Call: 1:4
• Conveniently located hospital campus
• Catchment population: 250,000
• Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
• Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10 th Mountain Army Division
• Emergency oncologic admissions are provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to oncology physicians
• Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs
• A very appreciative patient population offers a professionally rewarding career
• Annual salary: $510,000 year 1, plus a WRVU productivity model
• Annual salary: $550,000 years 2-4
• Signing bonus: $50,000
• Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
• Relocation reimbursement: $15,000
