Job Summary This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential and light commercial setting. Advanced Training, Tool Accounts, Paid Uniforms, Company Vehicle, Full Time Position, Weekends Required, On call Required. Job Duties Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects Use the Straightforward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment. Wear floor savers while working in client homes. Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion. Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out. Always maintain a professional image Minimum Requirements 3+ years of residential electrician experience High school diploma or equivalent Background check and drug screening Clean driving record Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions Compensation: $42,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year Pay — We believe the best performers deserve the best pay.
