Mandatory Experience:

• Patient Care Technician - Portland, OR
• Shift: 5 x 8hr; Sunday - Thursday NOCs
• Ratios: 1:15-25
• Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required
• Weekend REQ: Every weekend
• Certs REQ: BCLS
• Special Requirements
• Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
• QuickMAR experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants/residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision.
• Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
• Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility
• Provides input and information for service/care plans
