Senior Slate CRM Analyst (Remote ERP Specialist)

Department : Campus SolutionsSvc Salary : $95,900.00 - $110,250.00 Description : This position is a remote position, that requires limitedmonthly in person obligations. Provides senior level functional support and analysis for one ormore of the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)application modules. Pursuant to the State of Texas Executive OrderNo. GA-48, this position researches, works on, or has access tocritical infrastructure and requires the ability to maintain thesecurity or integrity of the University infrastructure. This position requires personnel be routinely reviewed to determinewhether or not criminal history or continuous connections for thegovernment or political apparatus of a foreign adversary mightprevent the employee from being able to maintain the security orintegrity of the infrastructure.

1. Designs, develops, and implements system modifications andupgrades to enhance functionality of one or more assigned ERPapplication modules.
2. Drafts business case documents, specifications, and flowcharting for changes to business processes. 3. Performspreliminary/cursory testing and recommends improvements forassigned application modules.

1. Resolves complex system issues reported by UHS business ownersand end users.
2. Leads priority meetings with UHS business owners and end usersto identify critical issues and discuss system updates. Reportsissues to application lead or technical staff as needed.
3. Analyzes system modifications and navigation infrastructure forfunctionality and efficiency. Creates component customization fordepartment end users as needed.
4. May serve as a campus security administrator for an assigned ERPapplication module. Review requests and assigns appropriatesecurity roles.
5. Schedules training sessions, creates job aids, and conducts enduser training.
6. Creates and analyzes standard and ad-hoc queries andreports.
7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical andpractical aspects of an analytical, technical or professionaldiscipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professionaldiscipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtainedthrough a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a collegeor university or an equivalent in-depth specialized trainingprogram that is directly related to the type of work beingperformed. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directlyjob-related experience. Additional Job Posting Information:
