In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing staff, including CNAs and support personnel

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, report changes to physicians and RNs

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation

• Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance during critical situations

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards

• Assist with staffing assignments, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed

• Mentor and support nursing staff to promote professional development and quality care


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience (charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred but not required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
