This role is 100% onsite and requires a strong understanding of both technical and business requirements to provide effective solutions and support. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, and O365 Support.
- Proficiency in investigating and troubleshooting software and desktop issues.
- Experience in providing support for desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software.
- Ability to provide remote support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
- Experience with Windows OS and MacBook support.
- Experience with Zscaler troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10 with the ability to design and implement solutions.
- Prior experience in the design and implementation of the SCCM hierarchy.
- Prior experience in migrating to SCCM from other tools.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience with additional desktop management tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Manage and support end-to-end desktop-related activities onsite.
- Provide deskside management and touch support.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
- Support remote desktop activities and provide remote troubleshooting.
