UCLA Department of Psychology Lecturer (Developmental Psychology) for 2026-27

Position Overview Full and part‑time Lecturer positions in Developmental Psychology, available during Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring 2027 quarters. Candidates with a Ph.D. or equivalent who can teach undergraduate courses are eligible. Salary ranges from $75,301–$79,887 (Table 15). Position Description Lecturer will teach undergraduate courses in Developmental Psychology. Candidates must submit a CV, teaching statement detailing previous teaching experience and philosophy, and at least one letter of recommendation that can assess teaching effectiveness. Candidates invited to interview will be asked to submit a sample syllabus and a teaching sample video. Materials will be reviewed on a rolling basis through June 30 2026. This position is represented by the University Council – American Federation of Teachers; internal applicants will be considered for reappointment before external candidates.
