An Office Assistant Intern typically handles a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day office operations, gain practical experience, and assist in the organization and efficiency of the office. They may be involved in tasks like filing, data entry, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.

• Filing documents and records.
• Data entry and updating spreadsheets.
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
• Preparing communications and documents.
• Managing office supplies and inventory.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Faxing and scanning documents.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
