About the Role The Lead Physical Therapist, Satellite Clinic leads the Patient Care team at their satellite. The role supports patients through their healing experience from start to finish and is integral to the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic. Responsibilities Perform the tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist Meet with the Clinical Director of Satellite Clinics weekly Support the recruitment and interviewing of Physical Therapists Assist with mentorship and onboarding of Physical Therapists Inform upward to escalates issues, be a voice for the local team Collect inventory and communicate the need for supplies to the clinical director Lead PT Talk (case discussions) monthly Serve as a Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapy student rotations Problem‑solve, partner on challenges, and suggest solutions to support both the patient and physical therapist experience Support an in‑clinic culture of pride in high performance, outcomes for patients, high‑quality care, and care delivery Grow caseload for the satellite by building awareness to providers, local influencers, and recruiting additional pelvic floor Physical Therapists Other tasks as assigned About You Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California (new grads welcome) Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy Bonus Points Pelvic floor physical therapy experience, certification (not required, but appreciated) Salary $80,000‑$120,000 (USD) – Pasadena, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr
