W2 CANDIDATES ONLYLOCATIONSINDIANAPOLIS, IN OR SYRACUSE, NYThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage technical projects involving information systems, application development, enterprise applications, and data warehouse planning and development.Responsibilities:Lead technical projects from planning through completionManage projects of at least $1M in size or equivalent complexityDevelop project charters, schedules, deployment plans, and project documentationCoordinate cross functional project teams and resourcesManage scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, and deliverablesLead project meetings and stakeholder communicationsSupport QA and BA activitiesMonitor dashboards and Glue jobs and coordinate follow up on issuesMaintain project and operational documentation in ConfluenceSupport automation opportunities and process improvements with Scrum teamsConduct quality reviews and project closeout activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of IT project management experience2+ years in a lead role on one or more projectsExperience xhyhwjd managing resources in a matrix environmentStrong communication, relationship building, negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skillsExperience with project management, documentation, and reporting toolsPreferred:PMP certificationExperience with portfolio management applicationsExperience with Rational toolsExperience with Jira and Confluence
