Auto Service Manager in Training: Lead & Learn

VIP, Inc.

VIP, Inc. in Manchester, CT is seeking a Manager-in-Training (M.I.T.) to develop leadership skills and prepare to run a location. The M.I.T. will learn VIP's management processes, ensure safety, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting program standards. This role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, and a solid automotive service background. The M.I.T. will hire and develop staff, supervise daily operations, and coordinate training to align with VIP #J-18808-Ljbffr VIP, Inc.
